Job summary

ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (V.I.E) to support the growth of its Life Sciences Department. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering and life sciences profiles, collaborating with Business Managers to write offers and identify candidates.

You will manage the recruitment process from first contact to signature, participate in weekly operational meetings, and contribute to school relations and recruitment events to strengthen ALTEN's presence in Belgium.

Your role :

Under the responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager, you are a true support on the whole process of recruitment of our future engineers, you oversee several missions within ALTEN BELGIUM.

Recruitment:

• With the Business Managers you will define and then write the job offers to be posted on the right support.
• The identification of candidates via job-boards, social networks and other means of recruitment is a crucial step within the process to make sure we get the best candidates.
• The first contact with the candidate is key with the phone identification and pre-qualification of candidates.
• Then you will follow all the recruitment process and the candidates from scheduling of interviews with Business Managers until the signature.
• You will participate actively to the operational weekly meetings

In the context of internal / external communication :

• You will support animation and development of school relations
• You will attend the school’s job fairs / recruitment fairs and organize recruitment events
