ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen the Life Sciences division. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for consultants and engineers, writing offers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and closing contracts.

You will collaborate with Business Managers, universities, and career fairs, with a base in Antwerp and regular presence in Brussels. Dutch is mandatory, fluent English, French welcome.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Languages: Dutch (mandatory), English (fluent), French is a plus
• Location: Antwerp with regular presence in Brussels

• Define needs with Business Managers and draft job offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and pre-qualifications.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from scheduling to contract signing.
• Participate in weekly operational meetings.
• Support university relations and recruitment events
