Job summary

Jobat is supporting a luxury retail and fashion sector client in Brussels with a Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant on a temporary 3 to 4 month basis.

You will manage the first stage of recruitment (sourcing and prescreening), conduct interviews when required, and provide HR administrative support including employee documentation and payroll-related tasks. Experience with Workday would be advantageous for HR process implementation.

Qualifications

• Managing first stage of the recruitment process (sourcing and prescreening).
• Conducting interviews when required and supporting managers in the assessment process.
• Providing administrative support related to recruitment and HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with employee documentation and personnel administration.
• Supporting the HR team during the implementation of Workday and related HR processes.
• Contributing to various HR projects depending on business needs and workload, including CSR initiatives, process improvements and administrative projects.
