Job summary

Michael Page (Belgium) is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant to reinforce its HR team on a temporary basis for 3 to 4 months. Based in Brussels, the role combines recruitment, HR administration and project support in a collaborative, people-oriented environment.

The successful candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with at least 2 years in recruitment/HR admin, and is fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Workday experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Organised, proactive and hands-on.
• Collaborative mindset with stakeholders across functions.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing first stage of recruitment: sourcing and prescreening.
• Conducting interviews when required and supporting managers in assessments.
• Providing administrative support for recruitment and HR activities.
• Assisting with employee documentation and personnel administration.
• Supporting Workday implementation and related HR processes.
• Contributing to HR projects including CSR and process improvements.
• Support payroll and HR operations as required.
