Edenred Belgium SA is seeking an IT Business Analyst in the Middle Office team, covering transversal topics for multi-disciplinary Agile teams. You will focus on lead to contract processes, ordering, valuing and billing for stakeholders while coordinating with multiple internal departments.

You will bring at least 3 years in digital roles as BA/PO/PM, with strong analytical, documentation, and Agile product management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in digital field as BA, PO or PM.
• Proven ability to document functional specs and status reports.
• Experience with Agile product management processes.

Responsabilités

• Business analysis & modelling: understand, document, support and analyse applications and procedures across departments.
• Requirements definition & management: define user stories and acceptance criteria with key users, POs, PMs and sponsors.
• Development & implementation: actively participate with dev team, validate with end users, support sprint tasks.
• Application support & Customer service support: own changes in production as a team.
• Quality of deliverables: test developments, processes, and applications.

As part of Edenred BeLux, you will be working as an IT Business Analyst in the Middle Office team, covering transversal topics for multi-disciplinary Agile teams.

Your scope will be our Middlel Office solutions with a focus on transversal topics and cover from the lead to contract process, ordering, valuing & billing for our stakeholders Users, Clients & Merchants, on our 3 main products Benefits, Engagement and mobility. You will work in coordination with the analysts of the other teams and the stakeholders of multiple internal departments.

The key stakeholders for this position are:

• Internal: End-users & key users, analysts, product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).
• External: HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.
• Reporting Line: you report directly to the Functional Team Lead of the Middle Office team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be in charge of:

• Business analysis & modelling: understanding, documenting, supporting and analyzing the applications and procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company
• Requirements definition & management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors
• Development & implementation: participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members on their tasks to finish each Sprint
• Application support & Customer service support: as a team, take responsibility of changes put into production
• The quality of the deliverables: testing of Developments, Business Process & applications

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have a proven track record (minimum 3 years) in the digital field as Business Analyst, Product Owner or Product Manager.

You have proficiency in:

• Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate complex information and extract meaningful insights to guide decision-making
• Critical Thinking: Capability to assess problems, ask relevant questions, and challenge assumptions.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to identify operational or technical issues and propose practical and innovative solutions.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications, analysis documents, and status reports.
• Agile Product Management: Atlassian Jira & Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Collaboration & communication tools (Teams, Figjam/Miro, Office 365,… )
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
• Strong, assertive personality capable of leading through challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging and influencing.

Valuable Skills:

• Experience in SalesForce CRM and in financial services are an asset.
• API Modelling and Testing: Familiarity with API modelling and testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno.
• Excel Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of essential functions and data manipulation

• Permanent contract (38 hours/week).
• Location: Brussels (Auderghem).
