Edenred is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Engagement Sales team in Belgium. You will manage Senior Middle Market and Key Accounts, renew contracts, and drive platform adoption through data-driven reviews and strategic engagement.

You will organize webinars, training sessions, and events, while maintaining strong relationships and leveraging insights to upsell Edenred solutions. This hybrid role offers Brussels or Antwerp locations and remote flexibility.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:**Key Account Management:*** Manage the commercial relationship with the client throughout their lifecycle.* Renew existing contracts to secure customers.* Handle complex negotiations with different stakeholders of Key and Major accounts.* Identify and create leads for the Business Development Managers.* Maintain records of all client interactions and updates in Salesforce.**Monitor and increase the customer's use of the platform:*** Define annual objectives for each customer, create reports and monitor KPI’s.* Conduct trimestral reviews to present usage statistics and gather feedback.* Create excitement around the platform launch for freemium customers and stimulate use of the customer platform.* Organize user webinars, on-site user activations and ensure continuous user training on new features.* Invite clients to events and marketing initiatives* Implement standardized communication plans to keep clients informed* Actively participate in increasing customer engagement and add value. # **WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU*** You have at least five years of experience in B2B key account management in a service-oriented or digital environment.* You are fluent in both **Dutch and Frenc**h.* You have a strong interest in HR topics, including digitalization, employee engagement and employee well-being.* You feel comfortable advising clients and selling consultatively, using the data available to you.* You have strong commercial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.# **START DATE**1st of January 2027# **OTHER INFORMATION*** Permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week).* Location: Brussels (Auderghem) or Antwerp (Wilrijk).* A stimulating position within a dynamic organization that focuses on technological innovation to enhance workers' purchasing power.* The opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week with your manager's approval, including a homeworking allowance of 115€.* You are covered with hospitalization and ambulatory care insurance (with the option to extend it to your family).* You benefit from all Edenred-solutions, such as vouchers but also Edenred Engagement (including Edenred Discounts).* Your package includes a car.**Enrich connections.
