Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Support Engineer to join a dedicated service desk for a client in the energy sector. The role focuses on incident resolution and changes within security, privacy, and identity access management domains.

You will collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams, crafting and enforcing security policies while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience configuring and managing Azure/Azure AD.
• 3+ years in IT networking (IP addresses, subnets, firewalls, routing, DNS).
• Experience with Azure DevOps and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
• Fluent English (C1) with C1 Dutch or French.
• AZ-900 certification held.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests in security, privacy, and IAM contexts.
• Execute configurations and manage changes for infrastructure and account management teams.
• Develop and maintain security/privacy policies, standards, and procedures.

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their specialized service desk. This role focuses on resolving incidents and managing technical changes within security, privacy, and identity access management domains.

• Resolve incidents, information requests, and service requests within security, privacy, and IAM environments.
• Execute technical configurations and manage changes for infrastructure and account management teams.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain security and privacy policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support the Infrastructure and DevOps teams in technical maintenance and project realization.

• 3+ years experience in technical configuration and management within Azure.
• 3+ years experience with technical configuration of Microsoft Entra ID or Azure AD beyond basic access management.
• 3+ years experience in IT networking, specifically with IP addresses, subnets, firewalls, routing, and DNS.
• You possess practical experience with Azure DevOps and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
• You bring experience in developing automations using PowerShell.
• You have a solid understanding of ITIL and the execution of technical operational processes.
• You hold an AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) certification.
• You're proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
• You are fluent in English (C1) with a C1 level in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Relevant experience in the Belgian energy market.
• 3+ years experience with Office 365.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or TOPdesk.
• Certifications such as MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-300, or SC-900.
• Knowledge of both Dutch and French.
