ITS Group S.A. in Belgium seeks a Medior Azure & Entra ID Support Team Member to join a security‑focused service desk.

You will administer Microsoft Azure and Entra ID, manage incidents and requests, and drive changes within ITIL guidelines while supporting the TOPdesk to ServiceNow migration. You will also contribute to security and privacy policies, automate tasks with PowerShell, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable identity and access management for Belgian energy

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Medior-level IT experience with Azure/Entra ID.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Proficient in network fundamentals and security.
• Experience with automation (PowerShell) and DevOps tools.

Aufgaben

• Handle incidents and service requests in Security, Privacy & IAM and DevOps domains.
• Onboard/offboard customers technically and administratively.
• Implement and follow up changes with technical teams.
• Create security policies and guidelines and monitor them.
• Support Belgian energy market IT systems and migrations to ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work autonomously.
