Atos SE is seeking a Solution Manager to lead end-to-end bid proposals and drive high-value IT solutions for customers. You will shape technical and business narratives, working with cross-functional teams to create compelling, deliverable offerings.

You will collaborate with customer stakeholders from operational levels to CxO, shaping cost models and ensuring alignment with commercial requirements, while travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Solution Management or related roles.
• Experience in Digital Applications, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation.
• Proven leadership in large international contexts.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from operators to CxO.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer priorities and translate them into Atos solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated end-to-end proposals.
• Develop solution cost models aligned with commercial needs.
• Coordinate delivery units during bid phases.
• Lead the bid through closure and handover to operations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders from operational level to CxO.
