Job summary

Atos is seeking a senior Solution Manager in Belgium to lead end‑to‑end bid proposals and shape high‑value IT solutions for customers. You will work closely with client stakeholders to capture business priorities, translate them into compelling Atos offerings, and manage multidisciplinary teams through the bid lifecycle.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cost models and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Solution Management, Presales, Solution Design, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience in Digital Applications and Platforms, Data & AI, Cloud Transformation, and Multi/Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Proven management and leadership experience, preferably within a large international organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand client priorities and translate them into Atos solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional bid teams to deliver end‑to‑end proposals.
• Present, negotiate and defend solution value with stakeholders from operations to CxO.
