Atos seeks a Bid Manager to own bids end-to-end in a fast-paced, regulated procurement environment. You will coordinate governance, ensure compliance, and deliver compelling RFI/RFP responses on time.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, legal, finance, and tech, with hybrid/remote options and occasional travel to Eindhoven/Amstelveen for key collaboration moments. Fluency in Dutch and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments.
• Experience in working on EU tenders.
• APMP Foundation or Practitioner certification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission
• Act as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal compliance
• Ensure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements
• Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders
• Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
• Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions
• Continuously improve our bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled tools
