Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Architect to connect customer challenges with technology and commercial opportunities. You’ll lead shaping digital solutions across Java/.NET, cloud-native development, modernization, integration and AI-enabled software engineering.

You will engage customers from the earliest opportunities, define the solution strategy, and coordinate technical, delivery and commercial experts to produce compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years in solution architecture, technology consulting, or related roles.
• Experience in presales, bid management or complex technology proposals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into realistic architecture, delivery plan and commercial proposition.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify and shape opportunities within Digital Solutions.
• Engage with customers to understand objectives, challenges and decision criteria.
• Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops and technical-commercial conversations.
• Define solution and response strategy for RFPs, RFIs, tenders and strategic sales opportunities.
• Own end-to-end proposed solution throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture, delivery model, transformation roadmap and value proposition.
• Shape solutions across Java, .NET, cloud-native, integration, AI-enabled software engineering.
