myPOS is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build, grow and champion our Indirect Channel across Europe, with Brussels as the anchor for this role.

You will identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive growth and revenue, and work cross-functionally with local stakeholders and central teams. Fluent in English and German, French or Dutch. This role requires strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, with a proven track record working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and partner-led growth models
• Strong commercial mindset and sharp negotiation skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German, French or Dutch
