Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in SaaS or related fields.
• Excellent communication and trust-based relationship building with clients and partners.
• Analytical mindset to track satisfaction, NPS, adoption and revenue.
• Autonomy, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Bilingual French/Dutch; English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Drive upsell by identifying clients who would benefit from more modules or features and offering the right deals at the right time.
• Ensure retention by staying in touch with existing clients, monitoring performance, spotting risk signals and following up via NPS tracking.
• Manage partnerships with current partners and maximize value for clients.
• Find and onboard new strategic partners to strengthen the ecosystem.
