Pluxee is seeking a dynamic Merchant Team professional to develop new business opportunities and expand the merchant network. You will prospect merchants on the field, coordinate programs, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience and Merchant teams to launch new services.

You will report to the Market Manager and drive revenue growth while ensuring governance, documentation and change management across the organization. Fluency in Dutch or French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, project management or sales performance in a B2B services context.
• Proven track record of driving performance through process improvements and enablement programs.
• Experience in implementing sales and service processes and products/services.

Responsabilités

• Sign new merchants to join the Pluxee network and drive project success.
• Develop, align and coordinate programs and initiatives.
• Grow merchants network, improve partner performance, and launch new products/services.
• Ensure governance, execution follow-up and documentation of processes.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance product/service value propositions.
• Coordinate with teams to support commercial activities with technology and processes.
• Work with training to onboard staff and communicate changes.
• Support executives in setting commercial targets and planning.
