Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Manager Market and Application Development to drive the operationalization of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Infrastructure Protection & Repair portfolio. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring market-driven products to life and manage lifecycle across ACM IPR.

The role requires a degree in business, marketing, finance or engineering, 5+ years in strategic marketing or portfolio roles, strong analytics, and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, portfolio management, or related roles.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into actionable product requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive market growth plan across key segments and applications.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to execute regional sales and channel strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to optimize positioning.
• Optimize product mix, pricing, and go-to-market strategies with pricing and product teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Drive market activation programs and assess performance to improve launches and campaigns.
