Deloitte Belgium is seeking an (Senior) Consultant in our Transaction Services group to support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects, including due diligence, valuations, and business modeling. You will work with a team of M&A and Strategy professionals and contribute to sector focus and business development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in finance or economics, 2–5 years of audit or M&A experience, and strong communication and report-writing skills.

Formación

• Master's degree with post-graduate education in finance or economy
• 2–5 years of audit experience and/or other M&A related experience
• Experience in financial due diligence and valuations is a strong asset
• Strong communication and report writing skills

Responsabilidades

• Support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects
• Perform financial due diligence, valuations, and business modeling
• Advise on SPA negotiations and M&A strategy
• Contribute to sector approach and business development opportunities
• Collaborate with a team of M&A and Strategy professionals
