Deloitte Belgium’s M&A & Finance team seeks a Manager to lead due diligence engagements and shape the financial narrative of transactions. You will advise on valuation, deal structure, and options, partnering with entrepreneurs and clients to drive informed decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong communication in Dutch and English, and a track record in corporate finance. Hybrid work and a broad Belgian footprint are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial due diligence and M&A advisory.
• Affinity with M&A and Corporate Finance markets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly, persuade and influence.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently with professional assertiveness.
