Henkel Belgium is seeking a Key Account Manager DIY to accelerate business with major DIY retailers in Belgium. You will define regional/account strategies, translate customer needs into joint roadmaps, and drive value through analytics and collaboration with HQ and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes P&L ownership, bilingual communication, and a hybrid work model. You will work with a broad brand portfolio including Loctite, Pattex, Rubson and Pritt in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven p&l management
• Bilingual is a must, tri-lingual (+french) is highly appreciated
• Team player
• Execution of regional plans at local key account level

Responsabilités

• Defines and executes regional/local account strategy with revenue targets.
• Identifies opportunities and manages budgets for accounts.
• Develops relationships with key accounts and executives.
• Analyses KPIs and provides sales forecasts to steer actions.
