EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an international organization to recruit a HR Business Partner for Belgium. This hands-on role will work with Area Managers and business leaders to deliver people strategies that support engagement, performance and growth.

You'll coach managers on performance, succession planning and change initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and collaborate with People teams to deliver HR programs while promoting inclusion and a positive employee

Qualifications

5+ years’ HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained in an international, multisite organization.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills.
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation.
A data-driven, commercially minded approach.
Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

Partner with leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and talent management

Advise on employee relations, organizational change and transformation
