Job summary

Gaming1 in Belgium seeks an HR Business Partner to support managers and teams on people, organisational and transformation matters. The role covers Finance, Customer Service Belgium, and Customer Service/Compliance Romania, across a global population of 150–160 employees.

You will act as the main HR contact, partner with senior stakeholders, drive data-informed decisions, and lead transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist close to operations.
• Experience supporting managers and diverse employee populations.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

• Act as main HR point of contact for the assigned business populations.
• Support managers in organisation, performance, engagement, team dynamics, employee relations and development.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives linked to digitalisation, automation, lean management and evolving ways of working.
• Help identify the people impact of business decisions and propose practical HR action plans.
• Coach and advise managers in handling sensitive or complex people situations.
• Partner with HR centres of expertise to provide consistent and effective solutions to the business.
• Use HR and business data to support decision-making, including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, costs, performance and skills requirements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly within Finance and Customer Service.
• Challenge decisions where appropriate, bringing sound judgement, business understanding and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Support a respectful and transparent approach to change, including in situations involving resistance or difficult decisions.
