Gaming1 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the primary HR partner for designated business populations. You will support managers on organisation, performance, engagement and development while driving transformation initiatives such as digitalisation and lean management.

Build trusted relationships with Finance and Customer Service, coach leaders, and leverage HR data for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, business-oriented HR Generalist or similar HR role close to operations.
• Experience supporting managers and diverse employee populations.
• Ability to work with demanding, technical and/or senior stakeholders.
• Strong affinity with data, HR KPIs, budgets and business figures.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and action-oriented environment.
• Experience in an international, matrix or transformation-driven organisation is an asset.
• Experience supporting Finance, Customer Service, Operations or Corporate Functions is a plus.
• Fluency in English, professional proficiency in French.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main HR point of contact for the assigned business populations.
• Support managers in organisation, performance, engagement, team dynamics, employee relations and development.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives linked to digitalisation, automation, lean management and evolving ways of working.
• Identify people impact of business decisions and propose practical HR action plans.
• Coach and advise managers in handling sensitive or complex people situations.
• Partner with HR centres of expertise to provide consistent solutions.
• Use HR and business data to support decision-making including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, costs, performance and skills requirements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly within Finance and Customer Service.
• Challenge decisions with sound judgement and solution-oriented mindset.
• Support a respectful and transparent approach to change, including resistance or difficult decisions.
