Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Audit & Risk Advisory teams. You will translate people strategy into actions that strengthen leadership and teams, while remaining pragmatic in day-to-day HR topics.

You will act as the HR point of contact for RAS, partnering with leaders and managers across levels to drive growth, retention and development. The role offers a hybrid work model across BDO offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience including HRBP or advisory HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and core HR processes.
• Ability to translate strategy into pragmatic actions and advise stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; comfortable in a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner for leadership and people managers on people, team and organisational topics.
• Translate business priorities into concrete HR actions and follow-up.
• Advise and coach on performance management, career development and team dynamics and culture.
• Support strategic HR initiatives and recurring processes with a hands-on approach.
• Proactively identify HR challenges and turn them into solutions.
• Collaborate with Reward, Recruitment, Learning, HR Operations and HRIS; contribute to employer branding with Marketing.
