• Active and proficient in Social Media Recruitment methods.
• Advanced in Electronic recruiting.
• Experience in decentralized, start-up environments with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and direct Employee Relations programs and functions.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard talent; oversee payroll-related processes.
• Prepare HR sections for SEC filings; develop hiring plans.
• Coordinate training and conduct performance evaluations; provide guidance to managers.
