Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Solid command of Dutch and French; good English.
• Good understanding of Belgian employment law.
• Proficient in Excel and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks and prepare HR documents.
• Support payroll administration and maintain HR records.
• Assist recruitment, publish job postings, and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with HR Manager on projects related to engagement and learning.
