Job summary

TiTANS België is seeking a Senior HR Partner for Group Functions in Brussels. You will be the trusted advisor to leadership, translating business priorities into people solutions and ensuring the right organisation, talent and processes are in place to deliver on ambitions.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, attract leadership talent, manage onboarding and offboarding, oversee executive reward, and drive transformation across Group Functions.

Qualifications

• Proven HR business partnering experience in a senior role, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Broad HR expertise including leadership recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, workforce planning and talent management.
• Experience with executive reward, bonus, STI and LTI, and succession planning.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people solutions with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills with high integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group Functions leadership as strategic sparring partner and advisor.
• Define sourcing strategies and lead leadership recruitment end-to-end.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for Group Function employees, including induction and exit procedures.
• Own FTE approval, deliver workforce analyses, and reconcile budget/headcount with Finance.
• Administer executive reward processes and ensure alignment with reward frameworks.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead organisation design, transformation, and change initiatives across Group Functions.
