Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Ability to work across Operations and Commercial.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment law is advantageous.
• Able to translate business needs into HR actions and strategy.

• Partner with leaders to anticipate people implications of business plans.
• Advise on organizational design and cross-functional collaboration.
