Lesico Group seeks a versatile HR professional to own the people side of its Belgium growth. You’ll split time between Mechelen and imec in Leuven, handling HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee welfare with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.

You’ll ensure compliant, well-organized HR records, support onboarding and offboarding, and liaise with insurers and providers. This role offers full-time or 70% options in a dynamic, international project setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced in HR administration or personnel administration in Belgium.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
• Familiar with Belgian payroll administration and Dimona processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee files, contracts and HR documentation end-to-end.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll/social secretariat.
• Handle Dimona declarations and Belgian employment administration.
• Support employee welfare, benefits, leave and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure HR documentation remains audit-ready and compliant.
