IRCA Group, a leading international B2B ingredients provider, seeks an HR Manager to lead HR policy, payroll, and workforce planning across the Netherlands and Belgian sites including Kessel and Meer. You will partner with Plant Managers and senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and compliant HR practices.

The role requires 10+ years in HR leadership, strong knowledge of Dutch/Belgian employment law, and experience overseeing recruitment, payroll, and HR data across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• Experience in HR policies, employment law, payroll, and HR processes.
• 10+ years in similar HR leadership roles.

• Advise Plant Managers on HR-related matters and people management.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Group standards and local laws.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, and HR data integrity across sites.
• Coordinate HR reporting with Finance and central HR functions.
