Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Budget & Performance Management Lead to oversee the clinical supply chain budget process, governance, and monthly financial roll-ups. You will coordinate annual planning, forecasts, and reporting to provide clear financial visibility and identify opportunities for productivity and savings.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive standards, automation, and data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in supply chain and/or finance roles.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and modeling capabilities with actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain budget planning and reporting aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Establish financial governance processes, ensuring timely budget submissions and disciplined reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and analyses.
• Identify cost optimization and productivity opportunities and translate insights into recommendations.
• Design and improve financial processes, promoting transparency and efficiency across the function.
• Drive digital tool adoption to transform budget planning and data-driven reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide leadership with performance insights and savings realization.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and enterprise partners on strategic initiatives.
