Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager & Global Process Lead, Supply Planning Reliability, to lead global planning standards and adoption across the Integrated Supply Chain. The role combines planning expertise with strategy, digital acumen and change management to elevate planning performance globally.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Technology and business functions, driving capability development, governance and training while shaping the future of planning across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning, IBP, or related areas in global orgs.
• Experience leading process improvements and global capability-building.
• Strong knowledge of planning processes and operating models.
• Proven influence and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
