Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Cost Engineering/DTV to lead the IM Cost Engineering centre of excellence and drive strategic cost initiatives across IM Supply Chain, R&D, and procurement partners. You will set priorities and guide cross-functional teams in value-driven cost strategies.

You will develop cost structures, lead should-cost modelling, and mentor CE resources while shaping digital tools and data transparency across programs.

Qualifications

• Master's or Engineering degree (or Biology) required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost engineering initiatives for IM SC and R&D.
• Collaborate with IM SC Category Leads on cost management.
• Develop cost structures across IM categories.
• Lead should-cost modelling and value engineering.
• Drive cost transparency and supplier cost analytics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on strategic plans.
• Guide cost modelling benchmarks and data resources.
• Mentor CE resources and onboard new staff.
