Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Resource Strategy & Analytics to deliver accurate workforce insights for the Clinical Supply Chain. You will own headcount reporting, reconcile data across systems, and build dashboards and trend analyses for cross-functional stakeholders.

Work with Finance, Procurement and Capacity Management to optimize the workforce supplier landscape, governance, and decision-support tools. Authorization to work in the country is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in supplier management, finance, supply chain, or operational reporting.
• Advanced analytical and data-management skills; reconcile multiple data sources and derive insights.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/visualization tools experience (Tableau/Power BI/SAP/1Supply).
• Proven ability to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and governance frameworks.

Mansioni

• Lead analyses of workforce, headcount, contractor, vacancy, and time reporting.
• Reconcile workforce data across systems and maintain datasets.
• Develop monthly/quarterly/ad hoc workforce reports and visualizations.
• Define and execute workforce optimization strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Establish governance, metrics, and roadmaps for workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Capacity Management to align assumptions and improve reporting.
• Determine Contract Management strategy and processes.
