Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Project & Portfolio Leader to establish and lead the portfolio governance framework, guiding strategic planning and execution across the organization. You will partner across Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Function Leadership to ensure alignment of investments with CSC priorities and to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Strong business acumen with financial planning, budgeting, and investment governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Establish and lead the project and portfolio governance framework to enable effective decision making.
• Oversee end-to-end project governance and ensure compliance across functions.
• Lead portfolio planning, review, and reporting across business cycles (BP, JU, NU, LRFP).
• Provide executive-level analytics, dashboards, and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Build and coach a global team of project professionals, driving governance maturity.
