Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead Pack & Label and Distribution planning for Patient Kits and DP/API across clinical studies. You will align with cSOP cycles, manage budgets, and optimize timelines to meet first-patient-in dates and trial targets.

In this role, you will configure planning systems, support budget forecasting, and collaborate with global teams to minimize overage while ensuring on-time delivery of clinical supplies.

Qualifications

• Degree (university/bachelor) with 4–6 years of experience in clinical demand or supply planning.
• APICS certificate in Production and Inventory Management preferred.
• General knowledge of GxP principles.
• Experience with clinical supply pack/label/distribution, clinical trial operations, project management, pharma/bio R&D.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Pack & Label and Distribution for Patient Kits, DP and API to meet First-Patient-In dates and Successful Patient Dose targets.
• Configure planning systems (OMP, SAP) and set distribution networks and inventory parameters.
• Set and own trial supply budgets; work with Logistics to meet budgets; adapt supply strategies as needed.
• Support demand forecasting, ensure data transfer from planning systems, develop supply strategies to meet clinical plans.
• Manage distribution planning to ensure on-time delivery with minimal overage; participate in cSOP processes and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; communicate risks and provide scenario analyses to support decisions.
