Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic capacity planning, supply chain, or manufacturing in pharma/biotech.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end strategic capacity planning across a 3-5+ year horizon for internal and external clinical manufacturing network.
• Develop an integrated long-range capacity plan for API, drug product, and packaging.
• Align pipeline, sourcing, and portfolio assumptions with key stakeholders.
• Establish planning standards, data requirements, governance, and performance metrics.
• Build scenarios to quantify capacity gaps, constraints, and investment needs.
• Translate analyses into executive recommendations and trade-offs for patient supply and cost.
