Sia Partners is seeking bright and dynamic consultants to build relationships and deliver results. You will contribute to HR and Change management across multiple sectors and contribute to HR tools and information systems.

You will travel across Belgium and abroad, including France, to support projects and new business opportunities, with a focus on development and personal growth within a diverse international team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Engineering or HR management.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong interest in HR and Change management.
• Analytical mind with ability to synthesize.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch required.
• Willing to travel across Belgium and abroad (e.g. France).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Change management in customer programs and projects (communication, training, support plan, strategy).
• HR management and HR performance management (HR function, CSR, HR KPIs).
• HR development: recruitment, career, training.
• HR tools and Information systems: project management and implementation.
• Social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation.
• Support business development and offer development and commercial initiatives.
