Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Distribution Network Strategy to define and advance the future global clinical supply distribution network. You will partner with IMSC Deliver, internal stakeholders, and 3PLs to optimize end-to-end performance, balancing service, inventory, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in global logistics, distribution network strategy, procurement, supplier management, or clinical supply chain in a regulated life-sciences environment.
• Knowledge of GxP, temperature-controlled distribution, and logistics quality systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage significant external spend; influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with logistics technology and SAP/IRT/IVR integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the global CSC distribution network strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance model and decision principles for network design.
• Maintain partnerships with IMSC Deliver and external providers for synergies.
• Drive digital integration with SAP and order integrity across networks.
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with CSC priorities.
