Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in multiple locations is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Product Planning to lead the end-to-end supply chain design, align master production schedules, and coordinate inventory targets across a multi-site network. This hybrid role supports patients globally and requires strong leadership in forecast-driven planning and IBP collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in supply chain planning, experience with SAP/OMPs, and a proven ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• Supply Chain certifications (APICS / IBF) and Green Belt Six Sigma desirable.
• At least eight years of supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Configure the E2E Supply Chain and set inventory strategies.
• Align MPS and inventory with demand to meet targets.
• Represent Global Planning in the IBP process and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a matrixed, multi-platform planning team and drive improvements.
