Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, E2E Product Planning to lead end-to-end supply chain configurations across the Innovative Medicine portfolio. You will align MPS, inventory plans, and IBP inputs, guiding cross-functional teams through the MPC in a global, matrix environment.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP R/3, APO, BW, and OMP. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• At least eight (8) years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and quantitative skills with senior leadership.
• Experience with IBP, S&OP, and multi-site supply planning.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3, APO, BW and OMP systems.

Responsibilities

• Configures E2E Supply Chain and defines inventory targets.
• Develops scenarios to resolve constraints and align MPS.
• Acts in IBP process and coordinates with cross-functional partners.
• Leads a matrixed team through Monthly Planning Cycle and MPC.
