Job summary

UNILIN is seeking a Business Development Manager for Industrial Applications to bridge customers and internal teams, focusing on sheet vinyl applications. The role involves traveling across Europe (≈40%) to visit customers and translate needs into feasible, end-to-end solutions.

You will work closely with product management, production, and finance to ensure delivery and build lasting partnerships within a production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or commercial role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers in the Modular Building sector.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships across different levels within customer organizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding both technical and commercial needs.
• Connect customer stakeholders with internal teams and translate requirements into actions.
