DuPont seeks a Customer Relationship Manager for Healthcare Advanced Materials to drive revenue growth and strengthen partnerships across the Advanced Materials segment.

You will serve as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into actionable opportunities and supporting projects from qualification through development to commercial execution.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Several years of new business development, engineering or account management experience in the medical industry with focus on advanced materials.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and ability to influence customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication to share findings and opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce CRM and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and core values.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer to cross-functional teams.
• Capture detailed customer requirements to support pipeline from engagement to commercial production.
• Progress opportunities through qualification, stage gate processes, and commercial execution.
• Support creation of business cases with requirements, specs, and volumes.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager to identify cross-selling across portfolio.
• Coordinate with R&D, Technical Service and Plant leadership to develop new offerings.
• Provide market and customer intelligence to management.
