Unilin is seeking a Business Development Manager for Industrial Applications to bridge customers and internal teams, specializing in sheet vinyl applications. You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions and ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery, with travel across Europe about 40% of the time.

You will manage customer relationships, connect stakeholders across design, production, finance, and product management, and develop tailor-made solutions, driving projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or commercial role within a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and connect different functions.
• Fluent in English; extra languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and new customers in the Modular Building segment.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer needs with internal teams (product management, production, finance).
• Translate requirements into clear internal actions and ensure end-to-end execution.
• Coordinate projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
