Job summary

Deutsche Bank Belgium is seeking a senior leader to head Global Corporate Coverage in Belgium. You will define growth priorities, manage senior relationships with large corporate clients, and connect client needs with cash management, trade finance, lending, liquidity and FX solutions.

You will lead the Belgium coverage team, set priorities, and foster collaboration across an international matrix organisation while ensuring strong governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership or head of coverage experience.
• Strong client relationship skills with corporate clients.
• Deep knowledge of cash management, trade finance, lending and liquidity solutions.
• Excellent communication in English; additional French/Dutch is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Belgium coverage strategy and client priorities.
• Lead senior relationships with key corporate clients and prospects.
• Originates new business and aligns client needs with banking solutions.
• Oversee the Belgian coverage team and foster an inclusive, accountable culture.
• Ensure governance, risk controls, and collaboration with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams.
