Job summary

Tekst in Ghent is seeking a Solution Engineer focused on delivery to take over after a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation.

You will lead onboarding, integrate Tekst with the customer’s systems via APIs and webhooks, build automated workflows, and train customer teams to extract real value from the platform from day one.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures.
• Structured and organized; able to run an implementation project end-to-end.
• Able to train and support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design from the sales stage into a working setup.
• Lead onboarding and integrate Tekst with the customer's systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Build and configure the automated workflows/solutions based on customer requirements.
• Train customers so their teams can use the platform effectively.
• Work with implementation partners where relevant to support delivery at scale.
• Act as a technical point of contact during delivery and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product.

The Role

What you'll do

Requirements

• 4+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript)
• Structured and organized; comfortable running an implementation project end-to-end
• Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and building a clear, automated solution
• Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non-technical users
