Tekst is seeking a Solution Engineer (Delivery) to take over after deal closing and deliver a working implementation. You will own technical implementation, lead onboarding, and ensure customers realize value from day one.

Responsibilities include translating design into setup, integrating customer systems via APIs and webhooks, building automated workflows, and training teams. You’ll collaborate with partners and act as the technical contact during delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript).
• Structured and organized; able to run an implementation project end-to-end.
• Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and building a clear, automated solution.
• Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non-technical users.

The Role

As a Solution Engineer (Delivery), you take over once a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation. You lead onboarding, build the automated workflows, and make sure customers get real value from the platform from day one.
