Job summary

Tekst is seeking a Solution Engineer (Delivery) to own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design into a working setup and leading onboarding. You will integrate Tekst with the customer’s systems using APIs and webhooks, build automated workflows, and train users to extract real value from the platform.

You’ll collaborate with partners when needed, act as a technical contact during delivery, and share learnings with Engineering and Product.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript).
• Structured and organized; comfortable running an implementation project end-to-end.
• Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and building a clear, automated solution.
• Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non‑technical users.

The Role

As a Solution Engineer (Delivery), you take over once a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation. You lead onboarding, build the automated workflows, and make sure customers get real value from the platform from day one.

What you’ll do

• Own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design from the sales stage into a working setup
• Lead onboarding and integrate Tekst with the customer’s systems using APIs and webhooks
• Build and configure the automated workflows/solutions based on customer requirements
• Train customers so their teams can use the platform effectively
• Work with implementation partners where relevant to support delivery at scale
• Act as a technical point of contact during delivery and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product
