Job summary

Tekst in Ghent HQ is seeking a Solution Engineer focused on delivery. You’ll take over once a deal is signed and turn the agreed solution into a working implementation. You’ll lead onboarding, build automated workflows, and ensure customers get real value from the platform from day one.

You’ll work with APIs and webhooks, translate designs into production, train customer teams, and collaborate with implementation partners to scale delivery across enterprise SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, delivery or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures.
• Comfortable scripting in Python or TypeScript.
• Structured and organized; comfortable running an implementation project end-to-end.
• Clear communicator; able to train and support both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation for new customers, translating the solution design from the sales stage into a working setup.
• Lead onboarding and integrate Tekst with the customer’s systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Build and configure the automated workflows/solutions based on customer requirements.
• Train customers so their teams can use the platform effectively.
• Work with implementation partners where relevant to support delivery at scale.
• Act as a technical point of contact during delivery and feed learnings back to Engineering and Product.

The Role
