SOFICO is seeking a Sofico Intelligence Sales Lead to drive revenue growth within existing enterprise customers and shape a repeatable commercial motion for AI-powered products.

From our Ghent office, you will build account plans, lead negotiations, and engage with senior stakeholders across business, IT, data, and procurement. The role requires strong English skills and 20–30% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with complex deals.
• Experience in a specialist or overlay sales role.
• Experience selling AI, analytics, machine learning or big data solutions.
• Proven track record of growing existing enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of data, integrations and data-driven products.

From our office in Zwijnaarde (Ghent), we’re looking for a Sofico Intelligence Sales Lead who’s eager to contribute to bringing SOFICO Intelligence to market, growing revenue across existing enterprise customers, and shaping a repeatable commercial approach for our new AI-powered product line.

What you’ll do…

• Grow SOFICO Intelligence revenue across existing enterprise customers.


• Build account plans and forecasts together with Key Account Managers.


• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.


• Lead customer discovery, business cases, proposals, pricing and negotiations.


• Engage with senior stakeholders across business, IT, data, security and procurement.


• Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap input.
