Lloyd Coffee is seeking a Shop Manager to lead one of our locations with passion and efficiency. You will inspire a team of around 20 employees, oversee daily operations from till to kitchen, and ensure top service and standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a hands-on approach, with weekend availability and a permanent full-time contract. Joining us means an energetic environment with opportunities for growth in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and/or team management is a plus.
• Dynamic, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills.
• Well-organized and able to work under pressure, with the ability to quickly find solutions.
• Punctual and flexible, with availability from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
• At least 2 years of management experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Inspire and motivate a team of around 20 employees by assigning tasks, supervising their work, and providing ongoing training.
• Create a positive working environment and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Make customer satisfaction a priority by ensuring fast, efficient, and friendly service.
• Handle customer questions and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Take an active part in the restaurant’s daily operations: till, floor service, kitchen, orders, etc.
• Manage the restaurant’s daily administrative tasks.
